Michael Cardaci
Founder & President

Michael founded Global Network Services in 1996 with the goal of providing an optimum level of service in partnership with customers and to anticipate their future system needs with respect to their planned business changes. Furthermore, it is the vision of GNS to enhance the efficiency of their customers' businesses by assisting them with achieving maximum performance.

Michael is educated in MIS and has over 17 years of technical, supervisory, and consultative experience in the technology industry.

Philip J. Cardaci
EVP

The EVP has over 30 years of management experience at various levels, including senior management for a multi-billion dollar organization. He holds a B.S. in Engineering, M.S. in Management Science, Economics, and Quantitative Analysis. He also holds an M.A. in Strategic Planning. He brought total quality management to two large organizations, held the Director of Logistics position for a multi-billion dollar organization and held numerous other significant policy positions including those involving information and personnel systems.
